We all are aware that Ahmedabad is reporting over 14000 COVID-19 cases/day since 20th April. There are thousands of patients who are in home-isolation and struggle to find oxygen cylinders to cop up with the breathing issue and falling SPO2 level. Scarcity of beds with oxygen in hospitals and misinformation around healthcare services adds more to the misery of the patients. We, at Ahmedabad Cares (IndiGive Foundation), are setting up a few Oxygen Care Centres to provide oxygen cylinders and refill cylinders to home isolation patients. Each Oxygen Centre will be able to support 200-300 patients in a month. Our first centre is already operational in Bopal, Ahmedabad.
We are now expanding and looking to set-up more such centres in Ahmedabad and rural parts of Gujarat.

Ahmedabad Cares (IndiGive Foundation), with support from CSRBOX and Arvind Foundation, is launching (from 1st May 1pm) ‘Oxygen Centre’ in Bopal (Ahmedabad) to provide oxygen cylinder to COVID patients who are facing breathing issue and need oxygen support. This is a not for-profit initiative (limited capacity).
To check the availability of the cylinder, please follow the process:
1. Send (WhatsApp) patient’s recent RTPCR report and SPO2 level screenshot at 7859895064 along with what you need: Oxygen cylinder, cylinder with full kit
2. We will check the availability and get back to you.
3. Once you receive confirmation, please visit: Oxygen Centre at 806-808, Shivalik Satymev, Bopal Cross Road, Bopal, Ahmedabad. 380058
4. Refundable security deposit is applicable (6KG: INR 12000 (updated), Regulator and Flowmeter: INR 4000). The security fee is to ensure timely return of the cylinders. Please pay the security using this link https://www.payumoney.com/webfronts/#/index/Indigive (only after confirmation)
5. In case oxygen-filled cylinders are not available, we have a few associates who will guide you in getting the cylinder filled with oxygen.

Terms and Conditions
The Oxygen Centre is a non-profit initiative to facilitate access to oxygen cylinders for COVID-19 patients
Usage and safety of oxygen cylinders need to be done under an expert guidance for which IndiGive Foundation is not responsible. Please take your medical officer/doctor’s advice .
Please keep the cylinder away from oil, fire and any warm areas.
This cylinder lease is for 5 days. You will have to return the cylinder on 6th day. In case of failure to return the cylinder per/day deductions @INR 1500 will be applicable and will be deducted from your refundable security deposit. This is to ensure that we get back the cylinders on time and can use these for other patients. The Indigive Foundation has all the rights to not accept a cylinder after 12 days of the lease of the cylinder.
Damaged cylinder will not be accepted as return.
You accept all the above mentioned terms and conditions while taking free cylinders and paying refundable security deposit.
