Shilpi Jain
A software engineer turned business development professional, Shilpi works at CSRBOX as a Partnerships Lead. With over 9 years of work experience, she started her journey with Tata Consultancy Services and later on moved to BlackRock, an investment management company. After spending over five years in the corporate domain, she took the charge of leading strategic partnerships at CSRBOX. Shilpi also works on new sustainable business models which add to the revenue streams of the organisation. Apart from work, her interests lie in dancing, yoga and lawn tennis.
Bhomik Shah
Bhomik is a CSR & sustainability professional with over nine years of experience in handling CSR projects & partnerships, and social impact advisory services. He has set up CSRBOX in 2015, as a social impact platform for companies, social businesses and CSR foundations. The platform is now Asia’ largest CSR data intelligence and collaboration hub. Bhomik works with leadership teams at state industries departments and philanthropic groups to catalyse cross-sector partnerships. He is an MBA in Environment Management and has worked with Zee Media, WWF India and Partners in Change before setting up CSRBOX.
Namrata Mishra
Namrata started her professional career 5 years ago as a software engineer with Larsen and Toubro Infotech, but some formative experiences over the last 2 years motivated a change in her career pathways. Since then, she gained experience in the social development sector, in particular, in rural education and youth development by running her weekend school in a nearby village of Udaipur. These experiences have generated within her a passion for working in the social development sector along with the belief that improvements are not only desirable, they are demonstrably possible. Namrata has done her B.Tech (CSE) and her other interests includes music, travelling and reading.
Himanshu Choubisa
Himanshu joined CSRBOX & NGOBOX in 2018 as Analyst-Web Researcher. He has a Master’s degree in information and communication technology in ARD from DA-IICT, but changed paths due to his fascination with Designing and creative works. He had been the sole person behind the designing of the organization's various research reports, summit brochures and promotional material. He likes to spend his leisure time following his passion of sketching, photography, designing and trekking. An ardent chai-lover, and a series and movie buff, Himanshu likes to explore unknown terrains and weave memories in his free time.
